Refund policy

This policy applies to all training programs offered by CloudWork Analyst School, including the Trend Continuation Masterclass, Pullback Entry Workshop, Risk Frame Clinic, Chart Reading Fundamentals, and private chart reviews.

1. Deposit and enrolment

A deposit is required to hold your seat in cohort-based programs. The deposit amount and due dates are confirmed at enrolment. The deposit is applied toward the total program fee.

2. Full refund eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of all fees paid (including deposit) if:

• You cancel in writing more than 14 days before the program start date
• We cancel a program due to insufficient enrolment or instructor unavailability
• You are accepted into a program but we cannot accommodate a documented scheduling conflict that we confirmed at enrolment

3. Partial refund eligibility

A partial refund of 50% of fees paid (excluding printed materials already dispatched) applies if:

• You cancel between 7 and 14 days before the program start date
• You withdraw after the first session of a multi-week program due to documented medical reasons (doctor's note required)

4. Non-refundable items and situations

• Cancellations less than 7 days before start date — no refund, but you may transfer your seat to another person or defer to the next cohort (one deferral permitted within 12 months)
• No-shows without prior written notice — deposit forfeited; remaining balance refunded only if paid and cancellation occurs before start date
• Printed workbooks and materials already shipped or collected — non-refundable once dispatched
• Private chart review sessions — non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment; full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance
• Work already completed — if you attend more than two sessions of an eight-week masterclass, no refund is available regardless of withdrawal reason

5. Rescheduling and deferral

You may defer enrolment to the next available cohort once at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days before the start date. A second deferral incurs a 1,000,000 VND administrative fee. Deferral requests must be submitted to info@cloud-workhub.click.

6. Program changes by the School

If we reschedule a program by more than 14 days, you may choose between a full refund or transfer to the new date at no charge. Minor schedule adjustments within the same week (e.g., swapping a Tuesday session to Wednesday) do not qualify for refund.

7. Refund process

1. Email info@cloud-workhub.click with your name, program name, start date, and reason for cancellation
2. We confirm receipt within 2 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank

8. Repeat cohort discount

Graduates re-enrolling at the repeat rate (40% of current price) are subject to this refund policy. The reduced repeat rate is non-transferable and applies to one re-enrolment within two years of original completion.

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund was processed incorrectly, contact info@cloud-workhub.click within 30 days of the refund date. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our terms of service.
