2. Educational nature of services

Our programs teach chart reading and trend continuation setup analysis for educational purposes. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, fund management, or trading signals. Content presented in classes, workbooks, and on this website is for learning — not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Enrolment and payment

Program enrolment is confirmed only after we accept your application and receive any required deposit. Fees are quoted in Vietnamese Dong on our pricing page. Deposits hold a seat but are subject to our refund policy. Full payment terms are communicated at enrolment confirmation.

4. Participant conduct

Participants must attend sessions punctually, respect instructors and fellow students, and refrain from recording classroom sessions without written permission. Course materials — including printed workbooks and digital recordings — are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our programs — including text, charts, exercises, logos, and recordings — is owned by CloudWork Analyst School or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Website use

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
